Please read these terms carefully before using our services

By subscribing to or using our services via www.spicebox.in, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Meal Subscription Plans

We offer Daily, Weekly, and Monthly meal plans. Subscriptions must be prepaid. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of delivery and packaging and taxes. All meals are as stated on specific menus on the website.

2. Delivery Policy

Lunch is delivered between 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM. Dinner is delivered between 05:30 pm to 7:30 PM. Exact delivery timing may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are requested to ensure someone is available to receive the tiffin.

3. Pausing or Skipping Meals

You can pause or skip meals by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or our website. Unused meals will be carried forward during the active subscription period but must be consumed within the same year.

4. Customizations

We currently do not offer meal customizations (e.g., Jain, no onion/garlic, low spice). Any updates regarding customization options will be shared on the website.

5. Packaging & Reusables

All meals are delivered in disposable, food-grade packaging. Currently, we do not collect empty boxes. Please dispose of them responsibly.

6. Food Allergies & Preferences

SpiceBox! does not guarantee allergen-free meals. Customers are advised to check with our team before subscribing if they have specific dietary restrictions or severe allergies.

7. Customer Support

Our support team is available on WhatsApp and Phone between 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday. For urgent delivery issues, kindly mention your registered mobile number and delivery address when contacting us.

8. User Conduct

By subscribing, you agree not to misuse the service or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior toward our staff, delivery partners, or customer care team.

9. Changes to Menu or Service

The weekly menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability, chef decisions, or kitchen logistics. In case of any changes, suitable replacements will be provided. We don’t repeat any dish throughout the month.

10. Service Areas

SpiceBox! operates across most parts of Mumbai. If we cannot deliver to your area after subscription, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

11. Modifications to Terms

SpiceBox! reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service post any changes will imply your acceptance of the updated Terms.
